(From ScienceAlert) What do you do with 400 kilograms of chocolate? Well, if you are an engineer you build a chocolate pavilion. Researchers at Princeton University have developed the first functional structure made completely of chocolate. The chocolate used to build the domed pavilion is a mix of sugar, cocoa powder, milk permeate and vegetable oil, and it’s strong enough to maintain is form at room temperature.
